My contribution spanned from first idea to final molding geometry & oversight of tooling.

Redesign of the top-selling Kemppi product to allow PFC and harmonics correction within same footprint. Plastic part design & component layout mockups.
Customer needed a sub 10sec, 2mm positioning accuracy lifter for continuous lifting of 200kg loads in a tight space. I designed this machine in 4 weeks. This included idea, components selection, all design and drawings including drawings for machining and assembly. Design uses SEW servo with gear and brake, ball screw and linear guides positioned vertically.
Long seam welder for maximum 6m. cylinders. Customer wanted 150mm lower working height, which reduced the machine frame stiffness. I redesigned the structure to withstand the 20t. load.
Redesign of a 4-part cabinet sleeve into a single 2K-molded product. New product cost 1/10 of the old product & reduced installation time. My resposibility was overall project management, design and acceptance testing.
100% own design, including electronics. Kickstarted successfully in 2017. Over 2000 units sold.
